Adam is an elite personal trainer, fitness coach, and health consultant. His work is defined by excellence. Adam has worked with hundreds of clients to transform their bodies and their lives. A key to his excellence is his wide-range of clientele. Whether professional athletes seeking top performance, celebrities hoping to look their best, busy professionals wanting quick results, or those looking for relief from body pain, Adam provides their path to success.

At the core of his work, Adam believes that fitness is central to the betterment of our lives. He also believes that this happens on a personal and highly individual level. Living a healthy lifestyle encompasses the body, how we feel about ourselves, and how we interact in our lives. He desires fullness for his clients, one client at a time. Adam makes each fitness plan uniquely to fit each person, knowing that this is the way to achieve the true health that changes lives. From that frame of mind, Adam trains his clients. He has worked as a trainer in high-profile membership gyms, and has worked out of private gyms as well. Adam has worked creatively with clients out of their homes, on the beach, or in the environment of their choosing. Adam has worked with athletes training for high-level physical performance. He has worked alongside NFL strength coaches in training professional athletes. He has also worked with athletes at the collegiate level around the nation, including on the Strength & Conditioning Staff for the UCLA football team. Adam provides both personal and group/team training to high-level athletes in strength, conditioning, agility, and speed. However, while some of his clients aspire to reach the peak of their physical capabilities, others want to look their best, tone muscles, and burn fat.
